Inquiry records can include these details and automated spam signals. We use them to operate the site, understand how visitors reach us, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. How and why we use information

Cookies, local storage and measurement

The cookie banner stores your choices in browser local storage under cookie_consent; the application treats those choices as valid for up to 365 days. Chat uses chat_session_key and, if supplied, chat_session_email to recognise the conversation; these remain until cleared or replaced. Administrator login uses a separate secure session cookie with a seven-day lifetime. You can clear these items in browser settings, which may reset preferences or chat continuity. The site uses Umami for usage measurement and Cloudflare for delivery, security and performance services. The banner records optional-cookie preferences; it does not switch off infrastructure logs or all measurement requests. External services may apply their own storage and privacy rules.

Who receives information

Information may be accessed by authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting, website security, email, communication and analytics. Cloudflare and our Umami analytics service support website operation. Where needed for your requested project, we may share relevant details with manufacturing or delivery partners. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other third-party sites lead to services governed by their own policies.

International handling and retention

We are based in China, and information may be handled in China and in countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries; any transfer safeguards required by applicable law must be observed. Contact us for information about the handling of your specific request. We retain information according to the purpose, the progress of an inquiry or business relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties and the need to resolve disputes or prevent abuse. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for those purposes; there is no single retention period for all records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. This website is intended for business sourcing, not directed at children.
