Private-label silk manufacturing
Stitch Silk develops custom silk sleepwear for brands, wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality programs. Choose the silhouette, silk specification, color, print, embroidery, labels, hangtags, and packaging that fit your product brief.
Our development process covers women’s and men’s sets, robes, camisoles, nightgowns, and seasonal sleepwear. We review the target market, construction, fabric weight, artwork, size range, trims, and care requirements before sampling, then align the approved sample with bulk production and export packing.
Send your target style, fabric preference, quantity, branding, and packaging requirements to Stitch Silk. We will respond with a practical development route and quotation basis.

Our silk sleepwear programs can be developed in different silk constructions, weights, colors, and finishes according to the target product and price position.
Lighter fabrics can suit warm-weather sleepwear and fluid silhouettes, while heavier options can add more body for cooler seasons and structured styles. Momme, weave, finish, color, and care performance should be approved on the physical sample before production.
Share your design direction, target market, fabric preference, size range, and quantity with Stitch Silk. We can help organize the specification and sampling route.

Choose from silk pajama sets, robes, camisoles, nightgowns, and coordinated separates for different customer groups and selling channels. We can adapt the silhouette, fabric weight, print, embroidery, trims, labels, and packaging to the approved product brief.
Long-sleeve sets and heavier constructions can support cooler-season collections, while lighter camisoles, shorts, and robes can suit warm-weather or hospitality programs. Final comfort, fit, and care instructions should be confirmed on the approved sample.
For printed silk sleepwear, the selected printing route should match the fiber, artwork, color count, handfeel, fastness target, and care method. Reactive printing can be evaluated for suitable silk constructions, with penetration, color accuracy, surface feel, wash response, and print detail reviewed through sampling before bulk approval.

Turn the garment inside out before laundering when the care label allows. Use cold or lukewarm water and a detergent suitable for silk, then follow the approved care instructions for hand washing or machine washing in a laundry bag. Wash similar colors separately and confirm the final care label on the production sample.
Controlled from concept to shipment
Every production decision is anchored to the approved sample and specification. Visible checkpoints at each stage help keep fit, color, workmanship and presentation consistent before the order moves forward.

Concept to collection
Connect the range board to the intended product family.
01 / Design & specification
We translate the brief into a clear product standard: silhouettes, measurements, fabric and momme, Pantone or print direction, piping, lace, buttons, embroidery, labels and packaging.
Patterns and development samples are reviewed against these decisions. Bulk production starts only after the fit, appearance and critical details have an agreed reference.
01
Silhouettes, size range and assortment are aligned before sampling.
02
Fabric, color, print, trims, labels and packing are documented.
03
The approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production.
02 / Print & fabric approval
Digital or roller printing is selected according to the artwork, color requirements, fabric behavior and production scale. Before bulk printing, the team reviews color, scale, repeat, detail and the final hand feel against the approved direction.

Print sign-off
Color, repeat, detail and fabric touch are checked before bulk production.

03 / Construction & finishing
Fluid silk demands careful handling throughout construction. Seam alignment, piping, collars, plackets and matched panels are reviewed in line so small deviations do not carry into the full order.
Decorative work and delicate trims receive focused hand finishing. The garments are then pressed to restore the intended drape, edge definition and presentation without flattening the character of the fabric.
01
Seams, piping and panels are kept aligned on fluid silk fabric.
02
Delicate trims and decorative details receive focused manual finishing.
03
Controlled pressing restores the intended drape and garment shape.
04 / Inspection & packing release
In-line and final checks cover size measurements, stitching, fabric appearance, matching, labels and packing. Goods move to shipment release only after the order is reviewed against the approved standard.

Key dimensions and construction are checked while corrective action is still possible.

Stitches, seams, marks, snags and finishing details are examined at close range.

Garments are individually bagged on hangers, with labels, size assortment and presentation checked before release for hanging shipment.
Confirm folding, unit packaging, tags, labels, carton quantities, and transport protection with the product specification before bulk packing begins.

Garments are folded to an approved sequence, shaped to the selected pack size, fitted with the correct tags, and placed into the specified individual bag.

Branded mesh bags, recyclable polybags, paper sleeves, barcode labels, size stickers, and care inserts can be reviewed against the sales channel.

When fabric ships separately, rolls are wrapped, identified by lot, and protected from dust and handling damage before carton or pallet loading.
