Product information and inquiries

The website presents silk fabrics, finished products and custom manufacturing capabilities for business sourcing. Descriptions, images and examples are general information; screen colours and illustrations may differ from physical samples. Confirm specifications, composition, dimensions, tolerances, certifications and intended uses with us for your project. Sending an inquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create an accepted purchase order.

Quotations and orders

Prices, minimum quantities, samples, payment schedules, production timing, quality requirements, delivery terms and any cancellation, return or warranty arrangements must be confirmed in the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract. Website statements do not replace those agreements. Do not rely on an unconfirmed delivery date or assume that a product or customisation is available. Any change to an accepted order requires the parties’ agreement.

Materials you submit

Only submit artwork, logos, specifications and other materials that you are entitled to share for the project. You authorise us to use those materials as needed to assess and respond to your request and perform an agreed project. This does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property. If a project needs a separate confidentiality or intellectual property agreement, agree it with us before sharing restricted materials.

You may view the site and share links or limited extracts internally for legitimate procurement evaluation. Other copying, commercial republication or use of third-party marks requires the relevant permission.
