Silk Gift Sets
Packaging options, minimum orders, and lead times for your next collection.
A premium silk collection deserves an unboxing experience to match. For beauty, wellness, and DTC brands, this guide brings together the packaging choices and production details that shape a successful launch.

Gift box options
Silk is soft and lightweight. A structured rigid gift box adds presence, protects the products in transit, and gives your collection a considered retail presentation. Satin pouches and soft paper boxes are also available; rigid boxes are our recommendation for premium sets.
Magnetic flip box. A sleek, modern silhouette with a satisfying magnetic closure.
Two-piece lid box. A classic retail format for presenting silk items side by side.
Drawer box. An elegant slide-out reveal, suited to combinations of multiple items.
Custom packaging
Coordinate the outer box, brand details, and inner presentation with your silk collection.
We offer custom printing, gold or silver hot foil stamping, and debossed details for your gift boxes. Your artwork can be coordinated with the labels on the silk products for a consistent presentation.
Satin-lined or die-cut foam trays can be fitted to your product combination, holding pillowcases, eye masks, and other silk items in place.

Minimum order quantity
Our standard minimum order is 500 sets per design. This quantity helps spread the fixed costs of printing setup, plates, and die-cutting across the order while supporting consistent print quality.
Plan quantities by design when developing multiple packaging styles.

Production and lead time
Standard mass production takes 25–35 days. Silk manufacturing and gift box production are coordinated, with fabric preparation and box printing running in parallel.
Design & artwork proofing (2 days). Confirm vector AI or PDF artwork for silk labels and gift box printing.
Fabric & box production (In parallel). Fabric preparation: 10–15 days. Box printing, lamination, and hand assembly: 20–25 days.
Cutting, sewing & quality control (7–10 days). Cut and sew the silk products, followed by 100% quality inspection.
Final packaging & packing (2–3 days). Iron, fold, and place the silk items into gift boxes, then pack them in master cartons for shipping.
Stage durations overlap and are not a sequential sum. Sampling requires an additional 3–7 days before mass production; shipping transit time is separate.
Start your project 2–3 months in advance to allow time for sampling, production, and international shipping.
