Silhouette first
Stitch Silk develops silk robes for premium sleepwear, bridal gifting, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. Each program starts with the wearer and sales channel—not a one-size-fits-all stock template.
We align silk weight and opacity with the intended silhouette, then refine collar shape, sleeve proportion, belt position, pocket construction, piping, and length through sampling.
Once approved, the sample becomes the reference for measurements, workmanship, shade, branding, pressing, packing, and repeat-order consistency.
Build the range
Use one approved material and visual language across hero robes, complementary sleepwear, and coordinated gifting SKUs.

A full-length kimono silhouette with a clean shawl collar, waist tie, inside tie, and optional patch pockets.

A lighter above-knee style for bridal gifting, beauty boxes, hospitality, and seasonal lounge collections.

Bias-inspired drape, adjustable or fixed straps, and custom neckline depth for sleepwear and layering programs.

Build robes together with matching pajama separates, camisoles, shorts, trousers, or gift-ready sleep sets.
Customization system
A clear approval path keeps the creative choices connected to stable production—from fabric and fit to the unboxing experience.
Choose 100% mulberry silk satin in a weight and opacity suited to the silhouette, target price, and retail position.
Develop buyer-owned sizing, sleeve and body length, collar width, belt position, pockets, piping, and seam details.
Start from stock shades or develop Pantone-matched colors, placement artwork, all-over prints, and contrast details.
Coordinate woven labels, care labels, embroidery, hangtags, garment bags, pouches, boxes, and retail inserts.

Development & sample approval
Sampling is a controlled review cycle, not a single handoff. Each requested change is connected back to the drawing, measurement chart and approval record.
We align the silhouette, measurements, silk quality, color or print, trims, logo placement, labels, packaging, quantity and delivery target before pattern work begins.
The pattern room translates the approved direction into construction details and a physical sample for fit, drape, workmanship and presentation review.
Buyer comments are recorded point by point. Measurements, proportions, construction and visual details are corrected until the approval sample and specification are locked.
Bulk production & quality control
In-line controls catch variation early; final inspection confirms the finished order against the approved sample before packing.

Approved materials move through cutting, sewing, delicate hand finishing and controlled pressing by production batch.

Measurements, seam construction and critical details are checked while corrections can still be made on the line.

Finished goods are reviewed for size, shade, marks, stitching, labels, pressing and overall presentation before packing release.
Packing release & freight
Packing method, carton assortment, shipping marks and freight responsibility are confirmed before the finished order leaves the factory.

Individual protective bags, hangers, size grouping and rack-ready presentation for programs that need garments to arrive hanging.

Fold boards or tissue, branded bags or boxes, barcode and size labels, carton ratios and buyer-defined carton marks.

Carton count, gross and net weight, dimensions, packing list and shipping marks are checked before freight handover.
FOB
We prepare the export order and coordinate delivery to the agreed port and handover point. The buyer or nominated forwarder controls the main freight and destination arrangements.
DDP
Where available, we coordinate international freight, destination clearance and final-mile delivery to the named address. Route, duties, taxes and importer requirements are confirmed by destination before quotation.
Share your target quantity, required delivery date, packing preference and destination so the production schedule and freight route can be reviewed as one plan.
Quality documentation
Factory assessment, material testing, and product-related certification documents can be shared for buyer review according to the selected material and current program requirements.

Yes. Robes, pajama sets, camisoles, shorts, trousers, and slip dresses can share the same silk, color palette, piping, label system, and packaging direction.
We review the silhouette, opacity, drape, durability, climate, target price, and retail positioning. A swatch or sample comparison is the best way to lock the final weight.
